Morocco Tours Agency S.A.R.L. organises and delivers tours and travel services in Morocco. Selected hotels, camps, guides, drivers, restaurants, activity providers, transport providers, and other independent suppliers may be used to provide parts of a confirmed itinerary.
Certain international deposits may be collected through Morocco Tours Agency LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, as described below.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in written booking confirmation, Morocco Tours Agency
S.A.R.L. is the contracting business responsible for booked travel services in Morocco.
Additional company information may be requested at contact@moroccotoursagency.com.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to tours, excursions, day trips, transfers, accommodation arrangements, activities, and other travel services booked through Morocco Tours Agency.
They should be read together with:
- the Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy;
- the accepted quotation;
- the confirmed itinerary;
- the booking confirmation; and
- any special condition disclosed before payment.
3. Acceptance
By confirming a booking or making the required deposit, the lead traveller confirms that they:
- have read and accepted these Terms;
- have authority to book for all travellers included in the reservation;
- have provided accurate information;
- will provide relevant booking information to other travellers in the group; and
- accept responsibility for communications concerning the booking on behalf of the group.
4. Formation of Booking
Submitting an enquiry through the website, email, WhatsApp, telephone, or another communication channel does not create a confirmed booking.
Booking becomes confirmed when:
- itinerary and price are agreed;
- required deposit or full payment is received; and
- Morocco Tours Agency issues written booking confirmation.
Services remain subject to availability until written confirmation is issued.
Morocco Tours Agency may decline a booking before confirmation where requested services are unavailable, customer information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, a safety concern exists, or requested arrangements cannot reasonably be provided.
5. Order of Precedence
Where documents forming a booking contain conflicting terms, the following order applies:
- booking-specific conditions expressly disclosed and accepted before payment;
- written booking confirmation;
- accepted quotation and itinerary;
- Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy;
- these general Terms & Conditions.
A special supplier condition will override the standard cancellation or amendment rules only for the affected service and only where it was disclosed before relevant payment.
Mandatory legal rights always take priority where applicable.
6. Booking Confirmation
Customer should review booking confirmation promptly and report any apparent error.
Confirmation may contain:
- booking reference;
- traveller details;
- dates;
- itinerary;
- accommodation;
- pickup details;
- inclusions and exclusions;
- total price;
- currency;
- deposit received;
- remaining balance;
- special supplier conditions.
7. Prices & Quotations
Website prices may be starting or indicative prices.
Final price may depend on:
- travel dates;
- traveller count;
- private or shared service;
- accommodation;
- room arrangement;
- transport;
- itinerary;
- activities;
- supplier availability;
- season;
- requested upgrades or changes.
Quotation will state applicable currency.
Accepted currencies include EUR, USD, GBP, and MAD.
Confirmed price will not normally change unless:
- customer changes booking;
- traveller count changes;
- additional services are requested;
- mandatory government charge changes;
- an obvious pricing or calculation error occurred;
- another adjustment was clearly disclosed before confirmation.
Where an obvious pricing error is discovered before service begins, Morocco Tours Agency may offer corrected price or cancellation of affected booking with refund of payment received for that booking.
8. International Deposit Collection
Certain international online deposits may be collected through:
Morocco Tours Agency LLC
Wyoming limited liability company
30 N Gould St, Ste N
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
Morocco Tours Agency LLC collects applicable online deposits connected with bookings for travel services operated by Morocco Tours Agency S.A.R.L.
Depending on payment method, payment documentation may be issued by Morocco Tours Agency LLC or Morocco Tours Agency S.A.R.L.
Relevant payment instructions will identify receiving entity.
The name MOROCCO TOURS AGENCY or the legal name of receiving entity may appear on invoices, bank records, card statements, or payment-provider records.
Collection of a deposit through Morocco Tours Agency LLC does not, by itself, change the identity of the Moroccan business providing the booked tour.
9. Standard Deposit
Standard booking deposit is 20% of total confirmed tour price.
No additional processing fee is charged for standard 20% deposit.
Deposit is non-refundable except where Morocco Tours Agency cancels affected booking and customer chooses refund, where expressly agreed otherwise in writing, or where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Special advance-payment conditions may apply to certain bookings where disclosed before payment.
10. Remaining Balance
Remaining balance is normally paid in cash upon arrival in Morocco when customer meets Morocco Tours Agency or its designated driver, before the tour begins.
Accepted cash currencies:
- EUR;
- USD;
- GBP;
- MAD.
Payment will be acknowledged with a receipt or other payment confirmation.
11. Online Payment of Remaining Balance
Customer may voluntarily request to pay remaining balance online before arriving in Morocco.
Additional processing charges apply:
- Bank wire: 2%
- Credit card: 3%
- PayPal: 5%
These charges apply only to optional online payment of remaining balance and are non-refundable once the relevant payment has been processed.
12. Payment Security
Customer should send money only using payment instructions issued through official Morocco Tours Agency communication channels.
Where payment details unexpectedly change, customer should independently verify them through contact details published on moroccotoursagency.com before sending funds.
Payment counts as received once funds clear.
13. Payment Errors, Duplicate Payments & Disputes
Customers should contact Morocco Tours Agency promptly regarding:
- duplicate payments;
- incorrect payment amounts;
- unrecognised transactions;
- failed refunds;
- other payment errors.
Where a payment is disputed through a bank, card issuer, or payment provider, Morocco Tours Agency may provide booking confirmations, payment records, correspondence, cancellation terms, and other relevant evidence to that provider.
Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful right to challenge an unauthorised or incorrect transaction.
14. Cancellation 30 or More Days Before Departure
Where customer cancels at least 30 days before departure:
- standard 20% deposit remains non-refundable;
- deposit becomes lifetime travel credit toward a future Morocco Tours Agency booking.
Credit retains its original monetary value. It does not freeze or guarantee original tour price.
Future booking is priced using rates applicable when new reservation is made.
Travel credit may be transferred to another person only with prior approval from Morocco Tours Agency.
15. Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Departure
Where customer cancels less than 30 days before departure:
- standard 20% deposit is retained;
- deposit does not convert to travel credit.
Where remaining balance has not been paid, no additional balance will normally be collected solely because of cancellation, subject to specifically agreed supplier commitments.
16. Cancellation After Full Online Prepayment
Where customer voluntarily prepaid full tour price online and later cancels:
- standard 20% deposit is retained;
- remaining recoverable prepaid tour balance is refunded;
- non-refundable online-payment charges are retained; and
- actual non-recoverable supplier costs not already covered by retained deposit may be deducted where applicable.
In general:
Refundable balance = prepaid tour amount − retained 20% deposit − non-recoverable supplier costs not already covered by the deposit − applicable non-refundable online-payment charges.
Morocco Tours Agency will not deduct a supplier cost that was not actually incurred.
17. No-Shows
No refund applies where customer fails to attend confirmed service without cancelling beforehand.
A customer may also be treated as a no-show where they fail to appear within applicable waiting period and service can no longer reasonably operate.
18. Non-Recoverable Supplier Costs
Some bookings may require advance commitments to hotels, camps, activities, transport providers, or other suppliers.
Where such commitments create a cancellation condition materially different from standard policy, customer will be informed before relevant payment.
Where customer has prepaid more than standard deposit, actual non-recoverable supplier costs may be deducted from otherwise refundable balance to extent not already covered by retained deposit.
19. Customer-Requested Changes
Requests to change:
- travel dates;
- traveller count;
- accommodation;
- room type;
- pickup location;
- itinerary;
- activities;
remain subject to availability.
Customer is responsible for additional price or supplier charges caused by requested change.
Where requested change lowers booking cost, any refund depends on amounts still recoverable from affected suppliers.
If requested change cannot be made, original booking remains valid unless customer cancels under applicable cancellation policy.
20. Partial Group Cancellation
Where one or more travellers cancel while remaining travellers continue, booking price may be recalculated.
Changes may result from:
- vehicle costs being divided among fewer travellers;
- room occupancy changes;
- single supplements;
- guide charges;
- activity pricing;
- other group-based costs.
Any revised amount will be communicated before amendment is confirmed.
21. Changes Made by Morocco Tours Agency
Reasonable operational changes may sometimes be necessary.
These may affect:
- route;
- timing;
- stops;
- accommodation;
- vehicle;
- driver;
- guide;
- activity;
- meal venue;
- order of itinerary.
Reasons may include weather, road conditions, safety, supplier availability, local events, mechanical issues, government measures, or other operational circumstances.
Morocco Tours Agency will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative of comparable nature or standard.
Material changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practical.
22. Accommodation Substitution
If confirmed hotel or camp becomes unavailable, Morocco Tours Agency will seek a replacement of the same or better category.
Customer will be consulted before replacement is confirmed where reasonably practical.
Where no suitable replacement can be agreed, available options may include alternative accommodation, itinerary adjustment, rescheduling, or appropriate refund relating to affected service.
23. Cancellation by Morocco Tours Agency
Where Morocco Tours Agency cancels a tour for a reason within its reasonable control, customer may choose:
- refund of affected amount paid;
- rescheduling; or
- travel credit.
Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 10 business days.
Customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
24. Force Majeure & Events Outside Reasonable Control
Morocco Tours Agency may change, postpone, suspend, or cancel service because of circumstances outside reasonable control.
These may include:
- severe weather;
- flood;
- earthquake;
- fire;
- road closure;
- border closure;
- government restrictions;
- war;
- terrorism;
- civil unrest;
- epidemic or pandemic;
- strike;
- transport disruption;
- natural disaster;
- serious public-safety concern.
Morocco Tours Agency will first seek reasonable alternative or rescheduling where practical.
Where this is impossible, recoverable amounts will be refunded.
Actual non-recoverable amounts already committed to suppliers may be deducted where applicable.
25. Pickup & Punctuality
Customer must provide accurate pickup location, accommodation details, telephone/WhatsApp number, and relevant flight details.
Customer must be ready at confirmed pickup time.
Standard waiting periods:
- Private tours/transfers: up to 60 minutes.
- Shared tours: up to 15 minutes.
Where customer arrives late but service can still operate, remaining itinerary may need to be shortened or adjusted.
Customer-caused delay does not create automatic right to refund for time or services reasonably lost because of that delay.
26. Flight Delays & Cancellations
Where airport pickup forms part of booking, customer should provide correct flight information.
For delayed flight, Morocco Tours Agency will adjust pickup without additional charge where reasonably practical.
Where flight is cancelled, affected service may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Customer should notify Morocco Tours Agency of known flight changes as soon as possible.
27. Unused Services & Early Departure
No refund is normally provided for service voluntarily unused after tour has begun, including unused:
- accommodation;
- meals;
- transfers;
- activities;
- excursions;
- tour days.
This also applies where traveller voluntarily leaves trip early.
This rule does not apply where service could not be provided because of Morocco Tours Agency’s failure or where applicable law requires another remedy.
28. Children
Current child pricing:
Ages 1–4: free.
Ages 5–9: 50% discount.
Age 10 and above: adult price.
Pricing or special requirements for infants under age one will be confirmed before booking.
Certain activities may have separate age or safety restrictions.
Child seats are available free on request and should be requested before travel.
Children remain under responsibility of accompanying parent, guardian, or authorised responsible adult.
29. Health, Mobility & Special Requirements
Customer should tell Morocco Tours Agency before travel about relevant:
- allergies;
- dietary requirements;
- mobility requirements;
- accessibility requirements;
- pregnancy;
- medical conditions relevant to safe participation.
Customers should provide only information reasonably necessary for requested service.
Morocco Tours Agency will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee special requirement unless confirmed in writing.
30. Travel Documents
Travellers remain responsible for obtaining and maintaining required passports, visas, permissions, health documentation, and other travel documents.
Requirements may change.
Travellers should confirm applicable requirements with official authorities before travel.
31. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Suitable policy should consider:
- medical treatment;
- emergency evacuation;
- repatriation;
- trip cancellation;
- interruption;
- baggage;
- activities;
- personal liability.
32. Activities & Inherent Risk
Tours may include activities such as camel riding, hiking, trekking, quad biking, sandboarding, off-road travel, desert travel, or mountain travel.
Such activities may involve inherent risks.
Travellers must follow reasonable instructions from guides, drivers, and activity providers.
Participation may be refused where traveller:
- appears intoxicated;
- behaves dangerously;
- ignores safety instructions;
- does not meet activity restrictions;
- presents serious safety concern.
33. Customer Conduct
Morocco Tours Agency may terminate traveller’s participation where conduct:
- threatens safety;
- is violent or abusive;
- seriously disrupts tour;
- damages property;
- violates applicable law;
- repeatedly ignores safety instructions.
Customer may remain responsible for resulting damage or additional costs where legally permitted.
34. Independent Suppliers
Some services are provided by independent hotels, riads, camps, drivers, guides, restaurants, transport providers, and activity providers.
Morocco Tours Agency coordinates these services where included in confirmed booking.
Where customer independently purchases service directly from third party outside confirmed Morocco Tours Agency booking, that service is governed by customer’s agreement with that provider.
35. Insurance & Supplier Services
Morocco Tours Agency S.A.R.L. maintains commercial transport insurance covering passengers while travelling in its insured vehicles, subject to terms and limits of relevant policy.
Hotels, camps, activities, and other independently operated services are subject to insurance and liability arrangements of relevant providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
36. Personal Property
Travellers remain responsible for passports, money, electronics, jewellery, luggage, and other personal property.
Morocco Tours Agency may provide reasonable assistance with lost property but cannot guarantee recovery.
Customer may be responsible for costs involved in returning recovered item.
37. Photographs & Marketing
Identifiable customer photographs or videos may be used for marketing only where appropriate permission has been obtained.
Marketing-photo permission is separate from booking.
Refusal of photo permission does not affect service.
Customer may request that future use stop by contacting contact@moroccotoursagency.com.
38. Complaints
Customer should report a problem during trip as soon as reasonably possible so Morocco Tours Agency has opportunity to investigate and attempt correction.
Formal complaint should normally be submitted within 7 days following affected service.
Contact:
Email: contact@moroccotoursagency.com
WhatsApp: +212 651 141 942
Complaint should include booking reference, traveller name, travel dates, explanation, and relevant supporting material.
Morocco Tours Agency aims to respond within 7 business days.
The 7-day reporting period does not remove statutory rights or claims that applicable law does not permit to be restricted.
39. Liability
Morocco Tours Agency will use reasonable care in arranging and providing confirmed services.
To extent permitted by applicable law, Morocco Tours Agency’s liability relating to an affected service will not exceed amount paid by customer for that affected service.
This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit liability to be excluded or limited.
Morocco Tours Agency is not responsible for loss caused solely by:
- customer’s act or omission;
- inaccurate customer information;
- failure to obtain required travel documentation;
- independent service purchased outside booking;
- failure to follow reasonable safety instructions;
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
40. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Tour contract and travel services provided by Morocco Tours Agency S.A.R.L. are governed by applicable laws of Morocco.
Payment activities performed by Morocco Tours Agency LLC may separately be subject to laws applicable to that entity or payment transaction. This does not, by itself, change governing law of the underlying Morocco tour contract.
Disputes concerning Moroccan tour services are subject to competent Moroccan courts having jurisdiction over Morocco Tours Agency S.A.R.L., except where mandatory law gives customer another right of venue.
41. Electronic Communications
Customer agrees that booking communications may be exchanged electronically through official email, WhatsApp, payment systems, and other agreed written channels.
Written electronic booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and other booking communications may form part of booking record.
42. Entire Agreement
Confirmed booking agreement consists of:
- accepted booking-specific conditions;
- written booking confirmation;
- accepted quotation and itinerary;
- Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy;
- these Terms & Conditions.
Earlier discussions, website descriptions, or informal communications do not override later confirmed written booking terms unless expressly incorporated into booking.
43. No Waiver
If Morocco Tours Agency makes an exception to these Terms for one customer or booking, that exception does not permanently waive relevant term or require same exception for another booking.
44. Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to apply to extent permitted by law.
45. Language
English version is controlling version between parties to extent permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory translation or language requirement remains unaffected.
46. Changes to Terms
Morocco Tours Agency may update these Terms for future bookings.
Confirmed booking remains governed by version applicable when booking was confirmed unless applicable law or later written agreement requires otherwise.
