- required deposit or full payment is received;
- Morocco Tours Agency issues written confirmation.
Availability is not guaranteed before confirmation.
2. Standard Deposit
Standard deposit is 20% of total confirmed tour price.
No processing fee applies to standard deposit.
Deposit is non-refundable except where Morocco Tours Agency cancels affected booking and customer chooses refund, where otherwise agreed in writing, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Deposit Collection
Certain international deposits may be collected through:
Morocco Tours Agency LLC
Wyoming, United States
for bookings operated in Morocco by:
Morocco Tours Agency S.A.R.L.
Payment instructions will identify receiving entity.
4. Deposit Payment Methods
Deposits may be paid by:
- bank transfer;
- PayPal;
- credit card.
Available method will be communicated during booking.
5. Remaining Balance
Remaining 80% is normally paid in cash upon arrival in Morocco before tour begins.
Accepted currencies:
- EUR;
- USD;
- GBP;
- MAD.
Customer will receive receipt or payment confirmation after cash balance is collected.
6. Optional Online Balance Payment
Customer may request to pay remaining balance online.
Processing charges:
- Bank wire: 2%
- Credit card: 3%
- PayPal: 5%
These charges are non-refundable once relevant payment has been processed.
7. Cancellation 30+ Days Before Departure
Standard deposit remains non-refundable.
Deposit instead becomes lifetime travel credit.
Credit:
- retains original monetary value;
- may be applied to future Morocco Tours Agency tour;
- does not guarantee original tour price;
- may be transferred to another person with prior agency approval.
8. Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Departure
Standard 20% deposit is retained.
No travel credit applies.
Where remaining balance has not been prepaid, no further tour balance is normally collected solely because of cancellation, subject to specifically agreed supplier commitments.
9. Cancellation After Full Online Prepayment
Where customer voluntarily prepaid full tour price online and later cancels:
- 20% standard deposit is retained;
- remaining recoverable prepaid tour balance is refunded;
- online-payment charges remain non-refundable;
- actual non-recoverable supplier costs not already covered by retained deposit may be deducted.
Refund calculation:
Refundable balance = prepaid tour amount − 20% deposit − uncovered non-recoverable supplier costs − non-refundable online -payment charges.
10. Supplier Costs
Certain hotels, camps, or other suppliers may require non-refundable advance payment.
Where this creates terms materially different from standard policy, relevant condition will be disclosed before payment.
No supplier deduction will be made for cost that was not actually incurred.
11. No-Show
No refund applies to no-show.
Customer may be treated as no-show where they fail to appear within applicable waiting period and confirmed service can no longer reasonably be provided.
12. Late Arrival
Standard waiting periods:
Private tours/transfers: 60 minutes.
Shared tours: 15 minutes.
Where service can still proceed after customer delay, itinerary may be shortened.
Customer-caused delay does not create automatic right to partial refund.
13. Unused Services & Early Departure
No refund is normally provided for service voluntarily unused after trip begins.
This includes voluntarily skipped accommodation, meals, activities, transfers, excursions, or tour days.
Different remedy may apply where service could not be provided because of Morocco Tours Agency’s failure or where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Customer Changes & Rescheduling
Changes and rescheduling remain subject to availability and supplier conditions.
Customer is responsible for additional cost resulting from requested amendment.
Where lifetime deposit credit applies, credit may be used toward future booking.
15. Partial Group Cancellation
Where one or more travellers leave booking but others continue, total price may be recalculated based on revised group size, room arrangements, vehicle cost, guide charges, or other group-based costs.
16. Cancellation by Morocco Tours Agency
Where Morocco Tours Agency cancels tour for reason within its reasonable control, customer may choose:
- refund;
- rescheduling;
- travel credit.
17. Force Majeure
Where tour cannot operate because of circumstances outside reasonable control, Morocco Tours Agency will first seek reasonable alternative or rescheduling.
Where impossible, recoverable amounts will be refunded.
Actual non-recoverable supplier commitments may be deducted where applicable.
18. Refund Processing
Approved refund will normally be initiated within 10 business days.
Bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time.
19. Refund Method & Currency
Refund will normally be made through original payment method where practical.
Where original method cannot receive refund, Morocco Tours Agency may request verified alternative payment details.
Refund will normally be issued in original transaction currency where payment system permits.
Morocco Tours Agency is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or independent receiving/conversion charges imposed by customer’s bank or payment provider.
20. Payment Errors & Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Morocco Tours Agency promptly regarding payment errors before opening formal payment dispute.
Where dispute is raised, Morocco Tours Agency may provide booking and transaction evidence to relevant bank or payment provider.
